Started out great, went downhill. Company wide pay decrease of 20%

Pros
Free employee health insurance. Looks good on a resume, apparently they have a name in the industry
Cons
Deductions out of your paycheck for 2 1/2 years until totaling $2200.00 for uniforms and tools...under the auspicion that you will get it back at separation. But you only get about. 1/2 of it, after 2 to 3 months of making phone calls every day and spending hours on hold.
