1. China company, typical China-man style management. Simply request you do the job which is out of your job scope. Any company announcement, talk verbally, without any internal memo.
2. CEO doesn't rely on data to make important decisions, all decisions based on feeling, hence company direction keep changing. Even you throw data into CEO's face, CEO still insists on his feeling. Gravity is there, why still want to challenge gravity?
3. Most top managers(especially China managers) are inexperienced and unprofessional! They are inexperienced in first hand, so they couldn't provide you a guideline to do your job. All you can do is, try whatever you can to do, but if you fail, you will take all the blame
4. Benefit so-so, most of the current benefits were requested by HR, without HR, definitely no benefit at all(Kudos to hardworking HR)
5. No WFH, seem like China-man never believe in WFH
