Mediocre QA

Pros

HR people are nice. There are "some" incentives.

Cons

Their automated system is tedious. Students are too few. The schedule is fixed for 6 months. Their QA method is exaggerated and insulting. Linked sound can be a ground for deductions. One even said "button" pronounced as / [ buht-n ]/ was wrong. The materials are too basic for highly-experienced teachers, which isn't a problem except for the mansplaining. They want the" word stress" overly enunciated. They're too anal with typos and punctuations when, in fact, some parts of their materials, i.e. Dialogue, have improper punctuations or lack thereof. There are even grammar lapses in the teacher's guide and the materials themselves. An irony, if you will.
