      Pros

      work is different everyday and one knows not of the challenges that may lay ahead, but they are always interesting and satisfying when said goals are achieved.

      Cons

      getting problems solved quickly is difficult with the infrastructure that we have causes delays for the QA department.

      Wonderful team mates. Flexible environment. Beautiful office. Warm and welcoming environment. Passionate team.

      Cons

      Expect consistent unpaid overtime, with some employees frequently staying past midnight. Progression is slow. Salary is dramatically below market average. Management deliberately downplay contributions when pay reviews near, but share no concerns outside of them, you're always "Doing great" until review, but suddenly have issues out of nowhere come review. Rigid hierarchy with low accountability for delays or issues from poor planning leading to frequent crunch periods.

      - Colleagues are very friendly and helpful - Hybrid working scheme - Great company benefits I couldn't have asked for a better job after graduating! I've learnt a lot and have really enjoyed it here so far.
