Pros
Work on major events Good equipment stock, get to use excellent equipment on jobs New and high quality company vehicles Good, motivated team If you put the hours in, you’re rewarded with good pay - although every bodies salary is confidential as we’re all paid based on performance.
Cons
Some people aren’t paid well (which annoys them, but as pay is performance related it sums that up!) Times where there are long hours, but that’s our industry Directors can be a little moody, they rely heavily on the managers to run their company. This seems to put quite a lot of rresponsibility on them, and they are already very busy. It can’t be easy for them.
