WAGE THEFT, late paychecks, minimal PTO / sick days / bereavement / paid holidays, no bonuses for non-family members

Paychecks are routinely not delivered on time — this has been going on for 14 months. There’s an order of who gets paid first and if you’re not at the top, you’re not getting paid until the next week. Agreements on bonuses and commissions are changed after-the-fact and also generally not paid out. There is ZERO accountability from management. Excessive micro-managing. Managers have no decision making power and have to go through leadership, which takes days/weeks - then the delay is blamed on the manager. Many current employees are actively interviewing for new positions. You will regret working here, I guarantee it.
