Our UK Head of Corporate Finance, Lee Humble, has been nominated for the FORTY UNDER 40 UK awards! These prestigious awards celebrate the UK’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders. Lee has achieved a considerable amount since being promoted to the position in July 2023, and we are excited to see the corporate finance team develop further under his leadership.

The Beaconsfield office raise £4,337! This year, the Beaconsfield office came together to raise an impressive £4,337 for the Thames Valley Air Ambulance. The inspiration behind this effort was a personal one, as the air ambulance had come to the aid of one of their colleagues during a critical time. The fundraising began on 18 May, when 14 brave colleagues tackled a 10-mile Tough Mudder in Henley. The challenging course left its mark, and there were more than a few cuts and bruises on display in the office come Monday morning. In June, the office transformed into an art studio with the help of Easely Does It, hosting a painting workshop that revealed some hidden talents - and confirmed that some of them should definitely stick to accounting. Despite the mixed artistic abilities, Chloe Coleman emerged victorious, winning the best painting in a blind vote! The creativity continued with an art exhibition and raffle, supported by local artists Catherine Hay and Stephanie Alexandra Tripoliaki, and generous donations from businesses like Delta Force Paintballing, Harewood Downs Golf Club, and The Greyhound Pub. In the end, the effort was about more than just raising money - it was about giving back to an organisation that had supported one of their own during a time of need. The Thames Valley Air Ambulance plays a critical role in the community, and Azets Beaconsfield was proud to contribute to their ongoing mission.

Our Bristol office launch! On 10 July, the Bristol office hosted a launch party to celebrate our presence in the city and enhance brand awareness and networking efforts undertaken since our opening. The Bristol office has seen significant growth since our soft launch in September. This event provided an excellent opportunity to showcase the newly refurbished shared workspace, supported by Partners and Directors from other regional offices. This event, along with our previous networking efforts, has firmly established Azets on the Bristol map. Numerous leads were generated and are currently being followed up.
