Azets acquires medical accounting firm Sandisons in Dorset
Azets announces a national recruitment drive Azets announces a national recruitment drive with 900 roles being added across the UK business over the next 12 months. The roles cover all levels, from associate through to partner, and service lines including audit and assurance, accounting and advisory business services, corporate finance, tax and restructuring. Azets expects to hire up to 400 graduates and school leavers to join in September 2023, 100 more than this year's cohort of 300 joining next month and double last year's intake of 200. This recruitment drive marks the latest milestone on Azets' ambitious journey to increase revenue by 50% in the next five years through organic and acquisitive growth.

Hat trick at the Yorkshire Accountancy Awards Azets is celebrating after winning the hat trick at the Yorkshire Accountancy Awards. The firm, which has offices in Leeds and York, recently announced ambitious growth plans and this latest accolade is a further boost for the firm that plans to take on over 100 new recruits over the next three years. Azets won Best Employer of the Year, Audit Service Award and Team of the Year. It's the second year running the firm has won Best Employer across the whole of the region. The firm's Corporate Finance and Tax were also finalists for Tax Service of the Year and Corporate Finance Team of the Year.
Azets welcomes Tait Walker in the North East It marks the third UK acquisition in four months as we continue to deliver on our ambitious growth plans, with the £13m turnover firm advising around 4,000 clients. Tait Walker was established in 1937 and has five offices across the North East and Cumbria - headquartered in Gosforth (Newcastle), with offices in Stockton (Tees Valley), Morpeth, Durham and Carlisle. The acquisition takes our UK regional network to 84 offices and enhances our key service lines including Accounting, Audit and Assurance, Tax, Data Analytics, Corporate Finance, and Payroll services. Tait Walker also provides a Wealth Management service, authorised to provide regulated activities by the FCA, which expands Azets' UK Wealth Management service into the North for the first time, extending our successful business in the South. Acquiring Tait Walker adds over 170 talented smart people in business support and client-facing roles to the Azets team, including 12 Partners.
