For the second year running, the Bauer Media team in Peterborough has taken on the incredible 15 Miles challenge in support of two brilliant charities. This year, an even bigger team of colleagues laced up their walking shoes to complete a 15-mile route around the beautiful Rutland Water. It was a day filled with determination, teamwork, and plenty of steps - all made possible by Bauer’s volunteer day (a big thank you for the time and support!). The team stepped up to raise vital funds and awareness for two causes close to their hearts: - Cash for Kids -Bauer Media’s official charity, supporting children facing poverty and hardship across the UK. - Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice – providing compassionate care and support for people with life-limiting conditions and their families. Together, the Peterborough team has raised an incredible £2,533 so far, a fantastic achievement that will make a real difference to those who need it most. Congratulations team!

Championed by our Enable Pillar & our Disability Culture Crew over at Bauer Media Outdoor UK, we have: - Included image descriptions on our recruitment posts to make content more accessible. - Our colleagues over at Bauer Media Group - Academy run BSL sessions to help raise awareness and confidence across our teams with new sessions taking place soon. - Earlier this week, for World IBD Day, we partnered with Crohn's & Colitis UK for a ThriveFest x Enable collaboration session led by Becky Rowson, challenging the stigma, and shared practical manager toolkits to support reasonable adjustments in the workplace.
