This week in Europe, we introduced a new system that will make the hiring process simpler, faster, and more automated for all of our restaurants. The experience is driven by a virtual team member that Chipotle named "Ava Cado" and aims to cut hiring time by 75%. 🥑 "We are empowering our teams to recruit and hire talent that are excited by our vision to Cultivate a Better World and want to grow with us. It's now been two weeks since the UK opened its 20th restaurant on Gloucester Road with welcoming arms and joyful laughter to a long queue of guests! The neighbourhood has been eagerly awaiting the restaurant's arrival and are happy to have Chipotle in their corner of London.
Capitalising on the popularity of Formula 1, Chipotle collaborated with MoneyGram Haas F1 Team to develop an engaging activation at Westfield Mall in London leading into the British Grand Prix. Between 3rd and 5th July, the space included a MoneyGram Haas F1 Team Replica Car, product sampling and meet and greet with both team drivers.
