We were thrilled to welcome many of our key suppliers to the Elior UK Supplier Innovation Summit 2025 today at BT Snowhill, Birmingham. This is the 3rd year we have run this event and once again it was a great success, not just for the opportunity to showcase the innovation and food development we've introduced over the past year but, importantly for sharing our vision and ambitions for the year ahead. Throughout the day, suppliers took part in the Elior ‘Think Tank’ where they had the chance to present their latest innovations to our panel of ‘dragons' Charlotte Wright, Richard Hall and Matthew Wood, each vying for the opportunity to have their new product development listed with Elior! A huge thank you to BT for hosting us, and to our talented chef team for crafting a superb lunch, and of course, to all the suppliers for making the event such a memorable success! hashtag#innovation hashtag#foodstrategy hashtag#foodinnovation hashtag#eliorfoodie

Lexington Catering supports The Genie’s Wish Charity for annual ‘Wishmas’ party at Hamleys of London. Lexington served homemade snacks and festive sweet treats, as well as a selection of soft drinks to over 350 wish beneficiaries and supporters. Lexington is now in its tenth year of supporting charitable giving for The Genie’s Wish charity. The Genie’s Wish charity’s annual 'Wishmas' party is a special event designed to offer children a break from their daily life stresses with a special Christmas experience at London’s oldest toy shop. During this event, Genie’s Wish beneficiaries have exclusive access to Hamleys, with volunteers dressed in costumes, a Disney princess brigade, and a festive singalong. The Genie's Wish enhances the lives of people with a terminal illness or living with a life-limiting condition, from birth to age 40, as well as young carers aged five to 18. The Genie’s Wish gives children, along with their families, respite by providing them with a life-changing wish, experience, or ongoing opportunity. Martin Neal and Katie Jones, co-founders of The Genie’s Wish, said: "We feel extremely lucky to be continually supported by Dang Pham and the team at Lexington Catering and cannot thank them enough for their support at our Wishmas party. “Lexington’s delicious treats and refreshments enhanced our festive celebration, and everyone commented on the quality of the food. Thank you for making our event even more enjoyable.”
Contract caterer Elior hosted its annual charity dinner and auction to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society, the UK’s leading dementia charity. Held at BT One Braham in London, the event raised £30,000. The fine dining culinary experience was curated by nine talented Elior chefs, including Bake Off: The Professionals contestants Malgorzata Kujawa and Natalie Sheridan. Each chef delivered one course of the nine-course menu. Dishes were inspired by the Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay (MIND) which is designed to promote brain health and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and cognitive decline by focusing on nutrient-rich foods that benefit the brain. Elior’s CEO Catherine Roe commented: “We’re immensely proud of our work to support Alzheimer’s Society, and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone that has contributed to helping raise these vital funds. It’s because of these contributions that we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of those living with dementia.”
