Matthew Wragg has been appointed to succeed Kevin Freeguard as Chief Executive Officer and took over as CEO from 1 April 2022. Matthew has been with Gattaca for over 20 years, as an integral part of the organisation, he brings a substantial knowledge of the recruitment industry and a deep understanding of Gattaca. Of his nomination to CEO, Matthew Wragg said: "We frequently refer to Gattaca as a family and I have been privileged to call the Group home for two decades now. It is with the backing of my colleagues and family that I enter this new chapter, determined to bring to life our mission; to deliver a service that is so trusted that our clients, candidates, colleagues and suppliers recommend us without hesitation.”
