He’s taken on a significant workload of detailed drawing updates, consistently delivering high-quality results, often ahead of schedule, while continuing to excel at college as his technical knowledge develops at pace. June marks Pride Month, a time to celebrate LGBTQ+ identities, recognise the ongoing journey towards equality, and strengthen a culture of inclusion, belonging and allyship. 🏳️🌈 Today, we kickstarted the first of our Pride celebrations at our South West Yorkshire office, bringing colleagues together to show support, spark conversation and celebrate being part of an inclusive workplace. At Gleeson, Pride Month is about more than a moment, it’s an opportunity to continue building a culture where everyone feels safe, valued, and able to be themselves at work. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be: • Hosting a virtual panel with LGBTQ+ colleagues and senior allies, sharing experiences and perspectives • Delivering a “Pride Power Hour” focused on practical allyship and inclusive behaviours • Running Pride events across our regions to encourage open conversation and visible support • Sharing Pride-themed resources and toolbox talks to raise awareness across our sites These activities form part of our wider commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, helping to deepen understanding, encourage allyship, and create an environment where everyone truly belongs.

We’re proud to have donated £1,000 to Lindsey Lodge Hospice and Healthcare, helping to support the incredible care they provide to people and families across North Lincolnshire. 💛 Lindsey Lodge plays a vital role in the local community, offering specialist palliative and wellbeing services to those living with life‑limiting illnesses, and we’re pleased to be able to contribute, in a small way, to their ongoing work. 🧱 Golden brick milestone reached in Kirkby-in-Ashfield 🏡 We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Jigsaw Homes Group Ltd to deliver much-needed affordable properties at our Hollinwell Heath development. As part of the agreement with Jigsaw, 15 homes will be delivered for affordable rent and five for Shared Ownership, offering more accessible routes to homeownership.
