Last week, our South and West Yorkshire office organised several Halloween-themed activities, all in support of our charity partner, Zarach, the Children’s Bed Charity. From transforming the office with spooky decorations to hosting a fancy dress competition, raffle, and even a “guess the number of eyeballs” challenge, the team went all out for a fantastic cause. From renting to owning! NHS paramedic Melissa swapped her small rented flat for a cosy new 2-bedroom Mayfield home at our Hollinwell Heath development in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. With help from our Key Worker Scheme and a 5% deposit contribution, she’s now proud to call herself a homeowner! “I chose the Mayfield because it was affordable and the right size for me. On Tuesday, our East Yorkshire Construction team held a powerful health and safety seminar for all site staff and sub-contract partners, with guest speakers Jason Anker MBE and Sean Toon. Jason and Sean shared their real-life story of the devastating impact of a workplace accident and how one decision at work can change your life. This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Sustainable Development Goals (‘SDGs’) and the twenty-fifth anniversary of the United Nations Global Compact.
