Last week, our Chief Executive, Mark Knight, visited Saxon Grange and Tulip Fields to see the incredible work our teams are doing. 🏡 Saxon Grange: Mark was impressed by the quality of the stock plots and the immaculately presented SUDS basin. Kudos to Simon Tarbard and his team for their outstanding work! 🌷 Tulip Fields: Our team had the pleasure of hosting Edward Lockhart-Mummery, CEO of The Future Homes Hub. The team showcased the site, our beautifully designed show homes, and the innovative Air Source Heat Pump technology being installed across the site. This week we welcomed our first group of Trainee Sales Executives to Gleeson! The day consisted of a warm welcome from Daisy Flint, Sales and Product Trainer and Debra Bargh, Systems Trainer. The team then went on to have a HR induction and an overview of what to expect from the programme. It’s fantastic to see the next generation of Sales professionals join the business and their enthusiasm to get started! This tailored training programme has been designed specifically to equip, develop and learn sales skills to deliver a five-star customer service every time! With classroom-based modules being delivered by the in-house sales training team throughout the next six months as well as putting these skills into practice we are excited to see them develop and grow their career at Gleeson. Daisy said: “Throughout the training programme we will build on fundamental sales techniques to support them in developing their careers in a role which I know can be extremely rewarding! With the introduction of the Sales Excellence Workbook to equip them with on site and classroom learnings. I’m really pleased that they’ve chosen us to start their new homes career with and I very much look forward to being apart of their journey at Gleeson.”
