Our Group CEO, James Emmett responds to 'How can recruitment companies go about building a strong brand?'... a great Monday read! Today HSG held their first HR Breakfast Seminar hosted by Well-Being Ambassador Zofia Sharman with guest speaker OD HR, Jane Keep. The event was an inspiring learning/sharing exercise where we as HRs discussed the relevance and importance of well-being - for HR professionals, and how this then led to HR plans for the rest of the business/employees. We came to understand that if we’re not looking after ourselves then we can’t truly look after others either. There were many points raised, below is a crisp summary: 1. Various well-being initiatives were being well received internally and producing some excellent results in organisations in regards to behaviour change/culture 2. The well-being agenda needs the support of c-suite 3. Being honest as to how we are actually doing ourselves [mind, body, soul] is required, and hence 4. The relationship with ourselves is where it [well-being] all starts Thanks to all those HRs who attended. There will be more seminars on this subject throughout 2019. If you’d like to be on our HR mailer list, please contact zofia.sharman@hanoversearch.com
