Our delegates on the Sales Academy learned the art of maintaining high status when engaging with customers and stakeholders. The session was hosted by a former actor Alex Maclaren, who works with businesses to improve their employees' confidence.
Meet our latest intake of the L&D Secondment Programme who will be delivering the Harrods Welcome Induction to our new starters this summer! The course lasts for 10 weeks and allows the delegates to improve their communication skills.
On Wednesday 20th April the business celebrated the Harrods One Hundred with a gala dinner in our Georgian restaurant. The Board of Directors hosted a champagne reception and three-course meal. Congratulations to all!
