Meet Cameron (Senior Client Executive, Warwick, UK). Cameron tells us what he is most proud of from his work at Kantar, and what Pride means to him. “Outside of helping clients navigate through an ever-changing world of consumer attitudes and behaviours, I am a huge advocate of generating connections within the workplace, and having the space to get to know those you work with on more of a personal level. Through this I have become the Social Secretary of my team, organising social events every month to keep a sense of community whilst we all experienced isolation working from home.” “Pride is very important to me; it has always been a safe space I could go to ever since I was young and not yet out to my family. It was a place I could be authentically myself, which helped me realise the joy that you can feel when you are. Pride events are generally becoming more commercialised with increased ticket prices, and festival type events, away from the core protest itself. Which is a shame because the LGBT+ youth of today need that safe space.” Find out more about Inclusion and Diversity
