Germany, and Red Cross Belgium to provide long-term support to those affected by the floods in Western Europe - including rebuilding homes and providing shelter and emergency supplies. 🧘♂️ Today is World Meditation Day – an opportunity to shine a light on meditation as one of the many great ways to support your mental wellbeing. At Lifeplus we've supported out colleagues to nurture their state of mind by offering a number of fab meditation sessions today! But... we've not stopped there! We now have weekly yoga and mindfulness session to support colleagues and their mental wellbeing.

The total raised was 🥁🥁 .... €10723 which was generously matched by Lifeplus, so the grand total raised was €21446!
