Our Rugby team recently held their safety week; to raise awareness of how to ThinkSafe. Rugby Site Manager, Phil ran through the activities which included ThinkSafe, Fire Procedures, Winter driving, mental health and Take 5. A safety quiz was held at the end of the week to see what everyone had picked up from the safety activities throughout the week.

In October, our Carbo San Luis, Argentina team held a family engagement event. Employees were asked to invite their families onto site for a visit. The idea came from some of our employees children who regularly asked “What tasks do you do at work?” The children had their questions answered on site, all while touring the facility.
