We believe in lifelong learning and development at Morgan. Recently we spoke to Busi, who joined us as a temporary catering employee. Busi is pursuing her passion for engineering by completing an engineering apprenticeship. Busi has completed Phase 2 and is working towards completing Phase 3 and 4. Her advice to anyone thinking about an apprenticeship is: “to just go for it and enjoy what you do”. Fantastic achievement Busi, we're so happy that you are reaching your goals! This October we'll be marking Mental Health Awareness Month for the third year. Looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health and we'll be sharing mental health resources and educational content throughout the month. We're aiming to raise awareness and remind everyone that it is okay not to be okay! #MentalHealthAwareness #Wellbeing

We are incredibly saddened to hear the news of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We join with the rest of the nation in recognising her incredible service and enormous contribution to public life. On behalf of the Morgan family, we send our sincere and heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family and those mourning her loss.
At Morgan we're passionate about innovation, and get excited when we hear about the amazing technology which is helping to create a better world for all. The James Dyson Award has seen its fair share of incredible innovations. From the 'O-Wind Turbine', designed for use by people in apartment buildings (who face chaotic winds in urban environments), to the 'Smart Contact Lens Platform' that monitors glucose levels in tear film in a non invasive manner, allowing people to better manage their diabetes. The 'Dotplot' device, designed to help detect breast cancer scooped the top UK prize this year, and is showcased alongside a host of incredible entries and winners from around the world. Check out some of the past award entrants and their exceptional ideas which will change the world: https://www.jamesdysonaward.org/past-winners/
