With another challenging year across the world, in 2021 we were proud to continue sharing our voice in the mental health conversation. Investing in the development of our people enables us to invest in our future. In 2021 we continued our online learning focus, with our Percipio online learning system being used by almost 3,000 of our people across the world. We're delighted to share that our top 100 dedicated learners clocked up on impressive 2,968 learning hours across the year! #12DaysOfMorgan

The environmental actions of our people make a difference. In 2021, our global Morgan family embraced their environmental responsibilities, by rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in; from clean ups, to tree planting and educational sessions, we were absolutely delighted by their efforts! #12DaysOfMorgan
One of our top innovation highlights of 2021 is our new research partnership with The Faraday Institution. Announced in September, our 15 month collaboration is dedicated to investigating the use of oxide ceramics as electrolytes; to offer a promising alternative to lithium-ion batteries, with liquid electrolytes. Since September we have already started our first Industry Sprint, focused on lithium-ion conducting fibre for composite solid-state electrolytes, and can't wait to share updates on our partnership and developments in 2022! #12DaysOfMorgan
