We know that we should be careful and think when we're reading and interacting with emails. But what harm can actually come from phishing? It's only an email, surely? Think again! You can stay safe and protected online by following these tips: 1. Think Before You Click: It's OK to click links on trusted sites, but be wary of links in unusual emails or instant messages. If in doubt, delete the communication. 2. Check your accounts regularly: keep an eye on your accounts and change your passwords regularly to keep them safe. 3. Be Wary of Pop-Ups: Pop-up windows are often phishing attempts. It’s recommended that you enable the pop-up blocker in your browser and allow pop-ups on a case-by-case review Stay safe online #BeCyberSmart

We are delighted with the positive CO2 improvements we have made in the first half of 2021; reducing our CO2 emissions by 17%, compared to the prior year, and achieved while we saw a 4% growth in our business. Our Thermal business has an ambitious strategy for the future, which requires outstanding planning and delivery capability. To support this strategy, they are in the process of developing and growing their project management competence, including providing our global and local teams with the skills and knowledge required to deliver key projects. Over the last 18 months, we are delighted to have put a number of people through Project Management Professional Certification training, using an online learning platform. We are delighted to share that Francesca, from our European Product Management group, has passed her PMI exam and achieved PMP certification! Over the coming months we hope to see more of our people becoming qualified. Francesca commented “In 2020 I joined the Thermal Project Management (PMP) Training cohort. After the course I decided to leverage [my] new skills and obtain the certification. With this achievement I wanted to thank my company and my colleagues for the trust placed in me and I wanted to properly finalise the career development."
