🐰 Our cracking Easter helpers 🐰 At Morrisons, we believe in the power of teamwork, especially during the bustling Easter season. Our Head Office colleagues had a blast diving onto the front line, immersing themselves in our stores and gathering invaluable feedback directly from our retail colleagues and customers. It's all about learning, growing and swiftly implementing improvements to serve our customers better.
Morrisons Family Friendly Benefits We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates regarding enhancements to our family-friendly benefits. Our Senior ER Manager, Leanne Bower, expressed her delight, saying, "I am particularly pleased to have played a role in implementing these changes, having recently returned from maternity leave myself. The feedback from our colleagues highlights that these enhancements align with our commitment to providing increased support and flexibility during crucial times." The key changes include: Maternity and Adoption Pay: Full pay for the first 26 weeks of maternity and adoption leave. Paternity Leave: Up to 4 weeks of paternity leave, allowing flexibility within 52 weeks of the birth or placement. Neonatal Leave: An additional week's leave for every week the baby spends in neonatal care, up to the original due date, with a maximum of 12 weeks. Fertility Leave: Up to five days of paid leave per cycle for prospective mothers undergoing treatment, and up to two days of paid leave for partners. Flexible Working Requests: Starting February, this became a day-one right for all colleagues. These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting our colleagues during significant life events. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to continually enhancing the work-life experience at Morrisons.
