Last week, 10 high school seniors started with us in Chicago. This latest cohort will be working part-time across our various business units until July 2024. During orientation, we were able to showcase who we are and what we do and also do a walk-through of our Chicago headquarters with the students. The culture called me back: Making my return to Northern Trust Cindy Villarama is a Consultant in the US Financial Reporting team and during the global pandemic, a previous employer offered her a great opportunity, a head of finance role which was accepted. However, it didn’t take long for Cindy to realize that life and her career is not all about money.
