On Tuesday 18th July, QinetiQ invested in the personal development of Naval Combat Systems Integration Support System Leadership Team, by enabling attendance APMPUK event on #HMSBelfast, sponsored by BAE Systems. Facilitated by Broadleaf Global, the team were able to reflect on the challenges they experience, explore a growth mind-set, appreciate human differences, focus on the ‘why’ and not the ‘what’ and understand what is within personal sphere of control. This type of team training is an important tool in enabling collaboration - applying skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, communication, problem solving and flexibility. Ultimately, developing the skills required to continually support our customers in the challenges they face.
