As a people-focused business, we take mental health wellbeing very seriously. This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and weâre marking it by running events on this yearâs theme of loneliness, as well as raising greater awareness of the support available through our Wellbeing Programme. In addition, weâre re-running two of our information and discussion sessions for Line Managers (Mental Health Awareness and Mental Health Resilience). On the latter topic, hereâs a talk you can watch by Laurence Pisani on Mental Health Resilience. Laurence is our Head of Consultancy (London) and has advanced qualifications in Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. In the talk, he explores the various stressors that affect our mental health and shares some strategies that will help you to improve your resilience.
