Assembling multidisciplinary teams to build critical new services for citizens was a key factor in the success of the government's early pandemic response, explains Principal Consultant Jessica McEvoy in this new blog. For these vital projects, getting the 'right people in the (virtual) room' involved bringing together senior government leaders with software engineers, legal experts, healthcare practitioners, and data scientists, among others. As a result, the projects were able to progress at an unprecedented pace.
