Over the past few weeks, team members across the globe took part in our annual 'Get Outside Challenge'! Launched in 2022 by our Service Express Cares Council, this initiative supports mental and physical wellness by encouraging employees to step away from their desks and recharge in nature. Team members blocked two hours on their calendars to enjoy time outdoors doing an activity that brings them joy, whether biking, walking their dogs, gardening or simply enjoying the fresh air. Thank you, #SECares, for empowering our people to prioritize health and well-being, both in and outside the workplace!
Congratulations to Senior Customer Experience Strategist Rachel Kaczmarek, one of our 2024 Thomas Crowell Influence Award winners! This award pays tribute to Thomas Crowell, a cherished member of our team who we lost in 2020. Peers nominate colleagues who embody qualities similar to Thomas, including exceptional character, surpassing expectations and positively impacting our culture. Since joining our team in 2011, Rachel has played an integral part in leading customer experience initiatives and strategies. She's known for exceeding expectations and leading by example with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit. Her peers say, “Rachel’s servant-hearted nature shines through in everything she does. Our 12th annual Driving Out Hunger Golf Classic was a success! This year, we raised over $108k to support Kids' Food Basket and their mission of pursuing a hunger-free West Michigan.
