Welcome to the newest members of our London team - management consultants Nick Cain and Suhaila Perera. Nick joins us from Deloitte, where he’s spent the last 5 years designing and delivering large scale transformations. He enjoys bringing teams together and providing the programmatic coordination and control to land complex change, often with a technology focus. Nick has a passion for the consumer industry, though he has broad experience across public and private sectors. Suhaila joins Berkeley after 7.5 years at Accenture, where she specialised in strategy, transformation, and value realisation. She has extensive experience leading large-scale digital and process transformations, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing complex programme governance. Her work spans process optimisation, operating model design, automation, and value creation to drive meaningful business change and outcomes. Nick and Suhaila are excited to build on their experience and apply their skills to tackle a variety of client challenges.

Finding time to unwind and be creative together isn’t always easy but our team had a fantastic opportunity to do just that at our origami workshop. Thanks to Michael Trew from Papershake Origami for teaching us the beautiful art of paper folding.
We recently held a 'Time to Talk' themed coffee morning at the UK office. It was a wonderful opportunity to step away from our busy schedules, check in and connect with one another.
Recently, some of our team participated in Mental Health First Aid training, where they gained skills to identify and support individuals facing mental health challenges. This is one of the ways Berkeley commits to fostering a compassionate and supportive workplace.
