From unpicking workplace challenges to recognising the superpowers of being neurodivergent, we explored how dynamic approaches can create inclusive spaces for everyone.

At our latest Women@Berkeley Network meeting, we delved into a topic that deserves more attention in every workplace: health and wellbeing. Focusing on menstrual health, we explored how understanding our cycles can empower us, from improved decision-making to optimising our energy levels, followed by an energising power yoga session led by Katja Sweeney.
Our team recently completed the Thames Bridges Challenge, walking 25km across 16 historic bridges from Putney to Tower Bridge. As part of our Mental Health and Wellbeing Month, we raised funds for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), supporting their vital work in suicide prevention.
