Welcome to our two newest consultants, Emma Styles in London, and Elizabeth Kokot Miller in New York! Emma joins our London office from Deloitte where she specialised in delivering global transformation programmes for financial services clients. She has experience managing both strategic and regulatory driven programmes, advising on process optimisation opportunities and conducting op model analysis. Emma has also supported client leadership teams in refining their strategies and org structures and has also contributed to industry reports on sustainability. Liz joins our New York office from Slalom, where she focused on delivery of large-scale projects across a diverse range of sectors. She has over 10 years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream transformations for industry leaders in financial services, private equity, retail, consumer goods, media and entertainment, and healthcare. Liz partners with clients to deliver exceptional results by leveraging her technical expertise, strategic mindset, and people-first mentality. His recent experience includes managing the implementation of new digital platforms and end-to-end agile technical deliveries. Welcome to our two newest management consultants in London, Mai Eltilib and Jed Donaldson. Mai joins us from Accenture Song, where she spent the last 6 years working on large scale digital transformation programmes, predominantly within big pharma, Life Sciences, and health sectors. She has worked in a variety of roles across the digital transformation lifecycle, including programme management, governance, process design, functional development, technical deployments, operational change management and service transition. Mai has helped clients operate and deliver across agile, waterfall and hybrid environments, and is excited to apply her experience to the variety of unique client challenges at Berkeley. Jed joins us from Deloitte where he has spent the last 8 years focusing on people and operating model transformation.
