One way we're breathing life into "Belonging" is through the creation of Belonging groups: employee-led communities designed to support us through our 'moments that matter.' π Last week, we celebrated our first-ever Belonging Week, an initiative to champion diversity and inclusion across our business. Our employees had the opportunity to participate in sessions hosted by all four of our Belonging networks, including Menopause, Pride, Carers, and Women in Leadership.
