We're delighted to welcome Elizabeth Oni, EMBA, to join Which? as Independent member of the Nominations Committee. This is an exciting and important role for us, and Elizabeth will be one of two newly appointed members, who will partner with our Board and Council, supporting recruitment and appointments, to ensure we have robust processes that are inclusive and unbiased and will help support our aims of representing consumers at all levels of our organisation.

This month we're saying a huge congratulations to senior policy adviser Aileen Lees. She's our latest Values Sharer of the Month, for 'we make it happen'. Aileen joined Which? during lockdown in June, but she has already made such a huge impact.
It's been almost six months since we began to work from home, and we know that's posed different challenges for people. At Which? we're keen to ensure our colleagues are supported. As well as offering workshops and resources, we have our group of Feel Good Champions to signpost and support.
We're calling on the government to ensure that the UK's current high food standards are protected.
