🌟 Get to Know Patrick! 🌟 Meet Patrick, one of our Lead Technical Support specialists in New York! 🗽 1. What do you enjoy about working in the Support team? “In the Support team, what I enjoy most is helping clients get the most out of Xceptor, whether by resolving a problem they’re having or making suggestions to get them started on a new use case. Although we encounter some very challenging situations, the team does a great job supporting each other to achieve a positive outcome.” 2. What was your biggest challenge this year? “One of my biggest challenges this year was working through an urgent problem with a client that integrates Xceptor with an external database system. Xceptor was not able to connect to that database because of a recent update that had been applied to the latter, but this was not obvious. The client’s other systems were not experiencing this issue, so it was difficult to get them to consider the database as the source of the issue and there was heavy pressure to get it resolved quickly. Ultimately, the vendor for the database system was able to explain the cause of that problem and address it.” 3. Tell us a fun fact about yourself. “In early April, I got to experience my very first total solar eclipse in Upstate New York. I was skeptical about it at first but it ended up being something I’ll never forget. I didn’t think being shrouded in darkness, outdoors, in the middle of the day could be so interesting!”

His timely reminders keep everything running smoothly. 🐾 Josie & Jessie: These two divas don’t get out of bed for less than £10,000 a day, so work isn’t really their thing. 😸 🐾 Noodle: Our miracle cat! After wandering into the house hungry, he went missing for two weeks but found his way back. He loves to interrupt long meetings by literally walking over my head! 🐾 Ellie & Foo: Ellie loves to help with work and introduce herself in meetings, often sitting on notebooks to stop work. Foo is more relaxed but makes his demands known when it’s nearing dinner time. 🐾 Lola: Rescued during Covid, Lola turned up in the garden and never left.
