Last week we celebrated National Apprenticeship Week, and what better way to show off all the incredible things our apprentices do by sharing a day in the life. We currently have three apprentices at Zest, who are all studying digital marketing. Apprenticeships are a great way to invest in young talent, supplying knowledge and experience, providing opportunities to grow and expand their own skills in the industry they are interested in.
A big congratulations to our incredible Helpdesk Advisor, Enzo, who is celebrating 11 years with the company! We sat down with Enzo to find out more about his time at Zest and what he's most looking forward to for the future. Q1 - What's your favourite part about working for Zest? E - Working with such wonderful people , and so nice to be able to call them friends. Q2 - How do you feel the company has changed over the past 11 years you've worked here? E - We are employed by a very forward thinking company and refreshing to see that the changes are for the better. Q3 - What are you most excited about for the future? E - I have just become a Grandad so very excited for the future. She will change me for the better. Q4 - How do you feel you fit into the Zest culture? E - As an important point of reference to all the newbies that join the company, I enjoy passing on my knowledge and wisdom to all.
The culture at Zest revolves around our values and behaviours and nobody lives them more than our Employee Engagement Manager Travis Hinton. He becomes our very own Santa, tirelessly researching ideas throughout the year to create personalised Christmas gifts for every talented individual at Zest. Merry Christmas to all 🎄

Whilst our new office space was looking so fresh & so clean, we felt it was a bit too clinical. The solution? Have our incredibly talented Graphic Designer add a dash of colour to the walls! The office never looked so good!
