Facebook has one of the most famous and recognisable mission statements in the world: “Facebook’s mission is to give people the power to share and make the world more open and connected.” However, even Mark Zuckerberg recently acknowledged the shortcomings of its stated mission with a long letter outlining his thoughts on building a global community. In this post, we take a look at some awesome companies employing people in the UK with strong missions. Babylon Health What They Do: Subscription health service provider. Mission: “To put an accessible and affordable health service in the hands of every person on earth.” What Employees Say: Babylon is on a mission to change the world.
