Most of us have done a stint in retail at some point in our lives. Whether it was working in a local supermarket or clothing shop to pay our way through Uni, or working part time later in life to fit around commitments, a lot of us have had the opportunity to hone our customer service skills on the front line.

However, with all that said, the world of retail has its perks.
