Working from Home (sometimes referred to as WFH in job listings) has been a major trend in UK employment practices since the start of the 21st century, as faster internet connections allowed more clerical roles to be carried out using home computers.

This led to the rise of flexible working, but in 2020 the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus pandemic and the COVID-19 lockdowns that followed in the UK saw an overnight shift to 100% remote working wherever possible.

As the pandemic continues to ease, many employees have found WFH is their preferred option, eliminating the commute into a busy city centre and the need to dress in business attire.

In this article, we've rounded up ten of the best companies for Working from Home in the UK based on flexible working policies implemented in 2022 and beyond.
