Sad to see a company what the company has turned into. Having worked here for many years it's impossible to think that this is a great company to work for. It used to be. Reviews and rankings they continue to get from other best company magazines must be paid for because it's far off from what I've heard from employees. Hiring process & promotion opportunities are terrible & often are just given to those who hiring manager is friends with. Looking into careers somewhere else.
Good company with advancement opportunities but promotions take a very long time

Once you hit a certain age, they will reorg to get rid of the longer standing employees making good money so that you can't continue to work there and bridge into retirement.

not many cons but there has been recent changes like removal of fully work from home colleagues to come into office and reduction in promotion increments that makes you wonder what else for the future
Pay is awful and company is beyond cheap in so many ways
Middle management culture, path to promotion is by becoming middle manager creating unnecessary bureaucracy
