Does AstraZeneca offer relocation assistance?

Pros

The company has good values that I believed in,, there was opportunity to develop yourself with the company. Good benefits package with flexible working allowed. During my time in the company I met some wonderful people who help me and supported me in learning and developing.

Cons

There seems to be a business re-organisation every year so you don't always feel that secure in your role.

Though the benefits are good their mindset changed a lot. AZ is actually a product based company but now a days it behaves like a service based They always force their employees to automate things

Does AstraZeneca offer parental leave?

Pros

Encouraged to learn a lot of different skills, friendly coworkers, supportive work environment. My manager has been phenomenal but that's just one of many, I don't hear many complaints from coworkers under different managers though. Good parental leave policy (I think 2 months as of 2021) and flexible working hours with some work from home possible if necessary.

Was understaffed for a bit but they brought in contractors to help with the workload
