Does Betway Group offer health insurance?

Pros

Lovely office - a big communal area which is nicely designed and modern kitchen, large office spaces and new hot-desking coming in to effect when offices reopen Great facilities - personal laptops, on-site barista, always looking for new things to invest in Benefits - private healthcare, up to 6 months full pay mat leave, free/cheap drinks at the bar in evenings, showers, summer and work parties that rarely disappoint

Cons

High turn over of managers, non-existent development plans masked by an exhaustive review process, lots of longer serving staff not given the chance of promotion while others excel (It’s who you know here, not what you know) or new employees appointed. Little flexibility with working from home (pre-lockdown).

Advice to Management

Invest in the wellbeing of your staff more, make sure their projects are in line with their goals, and that they know what difference they’re making in the company. The company has almost doubled in size in the last 5 years and staff roles are becoming smaller by comparison. Sort the salary bands out in Creative and pay people with the same title an equal amount.
