What is the salary like at Hays?

- Hays Malaysia is very active with events and activities. Employees are also generally very friendly. - Great energy in the office. Co-workers are glad to help and guide you when needed. - Many chances to socialize, allowing an increase in knowledge of the field. Also improves your communication skills. - Great pay and also a great starting point in career for interns.

- VERY repetitive work. - Lunch in shifts. Interns go out to lunch separately in batches. - May be difficult environment if you are a pure introvert.

You can find some good people to work with, good for someone starting out their career

less pay, they don't have a good commission package being an agency, politics is at a different level, overall toxic

Never sure when or if you will be promoted/laid off/etc. Information sharing is sketch at best.

Depending who your manager/director is, can be a really positive culture. Good brand behind you.

Base salary and commission structures aren't as competitive as other organisations.

Loads of incentives to look after their employees and create a great team environment. Great pay and commission structure. I was also sponsored through hays but didn't go through with it. Would recommend this to anyone.
