Does Lloyds Banking Group offer parental leave?

Pros

Company invest a lot in training you as well as has a really good sick pay and maternity leave scheme.

Cons

They say you can’t do sales and have OTE and commissions but for the management is all about numbers. We have several IT issues daily and they put more effort towards the building the business rather than fixing the issues. Salary is really low for the amount of work/responsibilities that you have. If you want a long term career in the banking hall suits good to you as there are opportunities to do your best and be a manager. But other areas in the bank is as difficult as for those who doesn’t work in the bank. They don’t give any career support for progression (even though they suppose to) and they expect you everyday to bring more business. And if you are one year in the role and bring a lot of business and get 19k you always work with someone who is 20 years in the role, doesn’t do as many as you do and receive 40k.

Advice to Management

Please, stop pressuring the staff to bring more business and instead be more aware of the issues and efforts required during the work.
