Does Manpower have a pension plan?

Pros

Got free lunch also tea and coffee all day, paid for by SAP in citywest

Cons

Only a temporary contract , no sick pay also they do not pay towards pension or pay towards health. Is like a conveyor belt when you have completed 23 month contract hire in new staff. Takes time to reach level of quality and then your contract is finished. This is a cost cutting so as not to be taken on a permanent member of staff. Work

Advice to Management

Would be better if people could be directly employed by SAP instead of Manpower creating temporary contracts and people continually leaving.
