Does NTT DATA offer parental leave?

Pros

For Costa Rica employees it has the following pros: Good benefits package (private insurance with PALIG, take holidays even if they are on weekends, food bonus, health related campaigns and free medical checks on the office, etc) Nice looking and modern office Employees are very kind, polite and helpful A wide variety of projects to work in (financial, big data, sales force, software development, etc)

Cons

A very restrictive WFH policy One of the delivery managers does a lot of micromanagement Once you are hired on the company you don't have any chance to move to another project or grow professionally, the only reason you move from one area to another is because your project ended or the customer ended relation with ntt data, or if you are one of the favorite people of the boss No salary increase, they just increment 1% to 3% every year just to say they increased your salary, but after costa rican taxes it is less than 2% at most If somehow you was able to move to another position they promise a good salary increase but it never becomes true, they fool you giving you a lot of reasons of why your salary is still not increased, including but not limited to: - you are on 3 months trial period - we just did annual salary increase, we can't increase your salary too often - it is still on approval process - we did a favor to you by moving you to another position instead of letting you go, be thankful ntt has a nice environment to work when your boss is not present, most of them are antipathic and annoying, a couple of them do micromanagement even if client is happy with your work Also, they don't pay attention to your professional needs and also won't pay attention when you need help handling a problem with the client or ntt employees from another country, if they are doing something bad to you, management won't ever help you and even you will be fault about the issue They don't care about your work/life balance, they will put you in on very long on call periods without paying too much, unpaid overtime and they don't care about anything, even i know about a girl that was forced to comeback from her maternity leave earlier

Advice to Management

help employees to grow fulfill your promisses STOP MICROMANAGEMENT do a less restrictive WFH policy help employees when they need something
