      Pros

Good benefits and pay for Italy.

      Cons

Unrealistic quotas (everyone is on average reaching 20% of their quotas), toxic environment, unfair and no career opportunities. Constantly under pressure due to quotas and layoffs.

      Pros

Exceptional benefits that are truly industry-leading, including six months of parental leave, daycare discounts, strong health insurance options, and support like doula reimbursement. Salesforce genuinely invests in employee well-being. Most people are collaborative, friendly, and mission-driven, and the VTO/1:1:1 philanthropy model is one of the strongest and most authentic I’ve seen and giving back is not performative here. There are great internal tools like Slack, an abundance of learning and development resources, and many opportunities for lateral and experimental career growth. As a global company, you work with people from all over the world and may have opportunities to travel for business-critical work, which adds meaningful perspective and connection. When teams are aligned, the work can be impactful and deeply rewarding.

      Cons

There is a heavy emphasis on “eating our own dog food,” even when internal tools are not yet best-in-class, which can slow execution compared to leveraging stronger, out-of-the-box external solutions. This is especially challenging in fast-moving environments where speed and quality matter. Career progression can also feel unclear and inequitable, particularly for non-sales and non-engineering roles. Promotions often feel highly political, and the internal hiring and mobility process can be frustrating. Communication from recruiters and hiring managers is inconsistent, with limited follow-up or closure, and there is little transparency around how internal candidates are evaluated relative to external applicants. Even when outcomes are not favorable, more consistent professionalism, clarity, and basic decorum would significantly improve the experience. The cultural shift post-COVID has been significant. What was once more flexible and values-led now often feels increasingly rigorous, draining, and burnout-prone. Frequent re-orgs and RIFs, reduced transparency, and constant change contribute to fatigue and ongoing uncertainty about the company’s near-term direction. Diversity across teams and leadership remains inconsistent. While meaningful progress had been underway, recent shifts in the U.S. climate appear to have slowed or deprioritized initiatives that were truly moving the needle, making opportunities for underrepresented groups feel less visible and intentional. Finally, limited travel and expense budgets for non-sales roles can reinforce the perception that certain functions are undervalued. Some leaders are also rewarded primarily for delivery despite lacking strong people-leadership skills, resulting in too many “doers” and not enough leaders focused on developing, supporting, and empowering talent.

Great package. Private health, dental, wellness, car allowance, paid PTO, 3 months paid paternity leave for new fathers.

      Cons

The ratio of Partner Sales Managers to Account Execs is high which means work load can be tough at times.

      Pros

Used to have great exposure for career development. Pay and benefits are solid, but can definitely find that somewhere else without compromising your personal freedom/agency. Still have some really amazing people.

      Cons

Sales Dev operates in a start up manner now, constant organizations changes and lack of structure despite the years of establishment. Promotions are consistently pushed for months, with no guarantee of open head count for the next position. Common to see people go through the entire process who hit all the metrics and not make it to the next role. Not a lot of upward mobility, no transparency to keep you hooked. Zero consideration for employee's hard work and ethics, will capitalize on this and make feel you trapped- always forced to adapt to change, and when you prove your ability to overcome adversity they will use this against you since, "you have a proven track record of remaining successful." Fear based tactics, layoffs always looming over your head. The company has drastically changed over the course of the tenure for the worse. There is a lack of strong leadership, and clear organizational issues that severely affect performance are never fully addressed. People will refuse to work with you, and pigeon hole you in certain areas that will not set you up for success. Success is extremely dependent on the team you are on, not equitable at all. If you are well liked, your voice is heard more. Otherwise, they'd rather see you leave the company than actually listen to your concerns. The environment is very controlling, and looks as it will only continue to increase.

      Current employee

      Business outlook

      Pros

      - Generally nice friendly people, good collaboration, most people are responsive - Good benefits, including medical, dental, education allowance, employer pension contributions - Nice offices, free snacks, free quality barista coffee, regular pop-up food stands - Can still WFH most of the time and have flexible working hours (e.g. pick up kids from school) - Good product (at least the core offerings/modules) - Commitment to volunteering

      Cons

      - Old timers with fancy job titles (and related packages), while new joiners (many with better CVs/experience) are not getting promoted. So much for "Equality" (supposedly one of the core values) - Redundancies made in January 25 in the UK with zero wider internal comms. Colleagues disappearing suddenly. So much for "Trust" or "Ohana" (acting as a family) - Some benefits haven't increased with inflation for more than 5 years (like car allowance, wellness reimbursements). In effect, they are probably worth 15% less now - No company cars, no EVs available in salary sacrifice - Some salespeople pretty aggressive and selling random stuff customers don't need. So much for "Trust". I wouldn't trust them - Behaving more like a large traditional company now given its size - No "4 days a week"/compressed week options offered, many other tech companies do. Quite behind - Work laptops kept for 4+ years. Only way to get a new one is to drop it...

      Pros

      Cons

      - High visibility and constant need to prove the investment of this area - Potential for meetings outside of working hours due to global nature of team - Travel expected with <2-3 week notice for team onboarding, enablement events

      Good company overall.

      - Life quality into the company - Benefits (except car allowance fee) - Low age average - Brand - Offices - Customer looks us as a Strategic partner - Top Management/C-Level as customer counterpart - Great potential career growth

      Cons

      - Car allowance fee very low - Quota achievement not so easy. On average 1-3 people in a sales team achieve it or overachieve it - Too much attention for company costs
