Working within the retail media branch of the business, the pace is incredibly fast-moving with new and exciting opportunities to bring to market. The teams are ambitious, forward-thinking and constantly looking at how we can innovate. Position in the market enables us to lead from the front with regards to how we support our partners and craft the future of Retail Media. Everyone works hard towards a shared goal & vision and are all driven to deliver the best work possible within a constantly moving marketplace. Whilst the teams at times have to deal with some challenges as we look to build out our systems for the next stage of growth, there is an enormous amount of positivity with a can-do attitude that permeates across the company. Leadership spend a lot of time ensuring that the teams success' are celebrated regularly and high performers receive the recognition required. There is a good WFH/office balance, with a buzzy atmosphere throughout the office.
Cons
The pace at which we move can be overwhelming for some. Many thrive in the environment and enjoy the pace however it doesn't necessarily suit everyone. As the company is constantly moving and innovating, this can prove to be a challenge to ensure the teams and our partners are up-to-speed on our offering and processes.
