3M T3 Engineer interview questions

Internal interview since I am a current employee. The entire process was very slow. They approached me to submit my name for the opening. Most internal moves are lateral so I wasn't sure if I wanted to submit for the job or not but figured I would go ahead. Then I didn't hear anything for about 3 months.
