I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Bristol, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
Was pleased to be successfully shortlisted from resume/ CV. Initial screening was conversational in nature and I felt very comfortable. This was also an opportunity to take a look round and check whether the culture suited me, which it did. Second round structured interview was held by two senior managers/ execs. They focussed on competency-based scenarios, experience and real time puzzle solving/ case studies.
